WHAT WE DO:

Typically we will negotiate a short sale with our client’s lender(s). A short sale
is the sale of a house in which the proceeds are less than what is owed on the
mortgage. Most lenders will agree to take the proceeds of the short sale and
forgive the remaining balance owed on the mortgage in order to avoid
foreclosure which is a costly and time consuming process for them. We then
generally position a buyer to purchase your home, even if you are without equity.
